40 days to personal revolution is back!

Are you ready to take action in creating the life you want? This program is about taking an honest look at where you are in your current day to day life, implementing choices to help you make shifts in your daily habits, and then finishing with all of the tools and power you need to create a life you love. There will be a commitment to your yoga & meditation practices, self-inquiry and making healthy lifestyle choices!

We will meet in person on Sundays from 8am-9am to discuss your personal inquiry journey.

The meeting dates will be: 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17 

The cost for students who currently have an annual or auto-rerew month unlimited is $150

The cost for students who don't have an annual or auto-renew is $250 and that includes unlimited yoga throughout the program.

You will need to purchase the book 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste, we have copies available at the studio for $15 or you can purchase on amazon.
