yoga pants, or bike shorts and a t-shirt!

this is what I thought after my first yoga class ever....

"I felt both super weak and incredibly strong all at the same time. Unsure how I got through it....and couldn't wait to do it again!

My favorite song to sing at the top of my lungs when no one is watching...

No chance I can pick just one song! I'm a massive Billy Joel fan, country, 90s hip hop and even electronic music!

Class Descriptions

We offer a range of classes; 60-75 min journey into power, YIN, hiit & conditioning, and a basics class. Check back often for other workshops and events we host!

Practice Strong

Practice Strong is a yoga class designed for students with different abilities. It is open to the public and all are welcome. This class has been adapted in many ways to accommodate the different needs of our students.
