why yoga?

10 years ago after my first hip replacement i started my yoga journey. i will never forget seeing an older women in my class do a wide leg forward fold headstand, i was in awe. i struggled through pain and stiffness just to hold a warrior one in that class. as i started to feel better and gain strength; i was hooked! This practice is truly for everyone! I am now that women in yoga classes! giving permission to all ages to go for it, work hard and be strong!

heels or flats?

In my mind stalettos. In my life barefoot or flat sandals.

summer or winter? 

It's summertime loving for me.

Class Packages

We offer a variety of different packages to help meet your scheduling needs. They range from drop in classes to annual passes.  Learn more here.

Class Descriptions

We offer a range of classes; 60-75 min journey into power, YIN, hiit & conditioning, and a basics class. Check back often for other workshops and events we host!

Practice Strong

Practice Strong is a yoga class designed for students with different abilities. It is open to the public and all are welcome. This class has been adapted in many ways to accommodate the different needs of our students.
